image Guitarist, John Jorgenson, a founding member of the Desert Rose Band, the Hellecasters, and six-year member of Elton John’s band. Artists ranging from Barbra Streisand to Bonnie Raitt to Earl Scruggs have sought out Jorgenson’s guitar work. Recently, John Jorgenson was chosen to portray Django Reinhardt in the feature film Head in the Clouds. At a John Jorgenson Quintet performance, audiences are amazed by John’s dazzling guitar work as well as his mastery as a clarinet player and vocalist. Whether playing his own accessible compositions or classic standards, John and his band make music that is equally romantic and ecstatic, played with virtuosity and soul.

Drummer, Chris Rogers has been keeping time with renowned musicians for more than 40 years. His playing in myriad styles, including jazz, funk, and rock, have carried him throughout New England, Canada, and overseas to England.

Pianist, Bill Davis’s repertoire spans a wide range of styles. He is an accomplished pianist, composer and teacher. Bill is an outspoken proponent of jazz education. He was Director of Jazz Studies at Jacksonville University, developing and teaching courses in jazz history, improvisation, small jazz ensemble and jazz piano.

Rogers and Davis have performed with the likes of Al & Don Donn, Dick Creeden, Bob Seger, Bob Hope, Howard Keel and Helen O'Connel. Both men have major recording labels to their credit.

Paavo Carey

A New York City native, Paavo Carey has been a professional Saxophone, Flute and Clarinet player with the Tito Puente Orchestra, The Big Apple Circus Band, Aretha Franklin, The Fifth Dimension, Johnny Ray, Hilton Ruiz, Pe De Boi, Coleridge Taylor Perkinson, Walter Davis Jr., Walter Perkins Jr., and many others. He has won critical acclaim as a soloist with The Me We and Them jazz orchestra, Most recently on the CD entitled “Vignettes in the spirit of Ellington”. Paavo is a graduate of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for the Arts where he recorded and performed for the MGM film “Fame”, and the Mannes College of Music. Paavo continues to perform regularly with his own groups The Paavo Carey Quartet and his Latin Jazz Group La Epoca (The Epoch).

Pianist, Bob Page’s playing shows influences of such greats as Fats Waller, Otis Spann and Professor Longhair. Yet, Bob brings his audiences a distinctive style of music that’s unmistakably his own. He is known for his heavy left hand and versatility of style, and has been delighting audiences with his deep, rich vocals and phenomenal playing. Bob will be accompanied by Trombonist Barney Balch, Saxophonist Lefty McAuslin, Drummer Dave Page and Bassist Jack Tukey.

Brad Terry

Brad Terry is an accomplished jazz clarinet player. He has played with Dizzy Gillespie, Doc Cheatham, Buck Clayton, Red Mitchell, Buddy Tate, Elliot Zigman and Lenny Breau. He now lives in Bath, Maine. The most recognized album featuring Brad Terry is "The Living Room Tapes" with Lenny Breau. An interesting note is that Brad Terry is an accomplished whistler, and an example of this unusual talent is found on "Blues for Carole" on “The Living Room Tapes.”
